Android is everywhere, especially in Indian. Here this mobile os rules the smart phone industry in almost all price facilitates. Yet, in the popular industry - Rs 10,000 to Rs 25,000 - there is not a single cellphone that we can recommend without any caveats.

Samsung tried to address this problem with Universe Huge last season. It was a reasonable cellphone but in our opinion decreased short of being a great popular system.

Now, we have a heir to Universe Huge. You thought it right: the new system is called Universe Huge 2. On paper, it looks much better than Universe Huge.

Is this the product you should buy if you are looking to spend somewhere between Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 on your next phone?

Glossy nasty out, artificial set in
Samsung mobile phones and shiny nasty go side in side. But last season with Universe Observe 3, New samsung decided to fix it, even if only partly. Observe 3 came with a backcover created of artificial set. Huge 2 uses a identical backcover. We say identical and not the same. Compared with the backcover on the Observe 3, which felt nearer to set, this one seems nearer to nasty. Still, it is better than the slim shiny nasty that New samsung has used so far on its mobile phones.

The rest of the body is created of nasty. But it seems durable. The nasty frame with artificial firefox finish fits the cellphone very well. The completing and construction is high quality.



Compared to its forerunner, Huge 2 is partly longer. It features in a 5.25-inch display in comparison to 5-inch one on its forerunner. But it is also smaller by around one millimetre. You won't notice this distinction unless you decide the measure the dimensions of the gadgets with a caliper.

The distinction between the width of Huge and Huge 2 is, however, recognizable. Huge 2 is slimmer by little less than 1mm. It is still large at 8.9mm in comparison to a system like Lenovo Feel X. But in comparison to Huge, the deficiency of additional fat makes Huge 2 look better.

Pinch-to-zoom while web browsing is sleek and so is multi-tasking. GPS performs effectively. Most of the video and music types are managed without need for a third-party app like MX Player. If you have MP4 video clips in FullHD, you can play them on Huge 2 with ease. The presenter is noisy enough to fill a small room with sound.

Yet, Huge 2 is not a cellphone that analyzes well to high-end Android os gadgets, especially Nexus 5 that costs just a few thousands rupees more. There is periodic lag in user interface. The web browser doesn't load websites as quick as it does on a high-end cellphone.

What matters, however, is that in comparison to other popular Android os mobile phones, Huge 2 offers better efficiency and encounter. New samsung has enhanced the Touchwiz user interface well and it performs better than the user interface that companies like Gionee, Lenovo and Huawei are putting in their mobile phones.

Touchwiz will look acquainted to anyone who has used a New samsung cellphone in the last one season. The symbols are brilliant and not as flat or sleek looking as the symbols in stock Android os user interface. But they are not showy or cartoonish. We found the pictures shot with Huge 2 to have excellent focus, reasonable amount of detail and excellent colors. It tends to over-process and add additional bit of improving, but overall Huge 2 is a capable shooting. It especially mouse clicks sharply-focused and detailed closeup photos.
